How we work

The secret of our successful approach is to assist and guide you all the way. The process is simple and straightforward – and there are no upfront fees.

Firstly, we analyse your needs briefly over the telephone or by email. All our consultants have worked for either a bank or a building society at a senior level, so you will feel confident talking to a like-minded professional.

Next, we can meet with you and visit you on site, during the evening or at the weekend if this is the most convenient time for you. We will gather the information we need, including photographs if necessary, to enable us to make a full presentation to suitable lenders.

If a meeting with the lender is necessary, we will join you at a time and location convenient to you to introduce the lender and support and assist you in achieving the very best deal available.

Once the offer is released, we will negotiate with the valuer and suggest commercial solicitors to ensure that the mortgage completes as quickly as possible.

The same consultant will always be available and work with you, from the first conversation up to and beyond completion.
We do not charge any upfront fees and are paid only on a successful conclusion. If the mortgage does not complete for any reason, there is no cost to you.

Even if we find you the ideal mortgage, you are under no obligation to accept our recommendation – and there will still be no cost to you.
